Training Methodology
NDC Training Academy’s training methodology is centered around Instructor led training. We emphasize the richness of instructor led training as a medium of instruction. Extensive feedback and cross questioning by students are encouraged. At NDC Training Academy we believe training is a two way process of mutual knowledge transfer and feedback between trainer and participant. We believe in interactive brainstorming and discussion on the subject matter at hand until trainees are completely satisfied that they not only understand the topics being discussed but can apply the concepts in their real life scenarios as well.This training methodology is consistently applied for all our training including Oracle, T24 and soft skills.
