Rollout Methodology
Our Rollout methodology is a war tested missile, successfully tested and implemented on 06 banks.

Its 15 days practical program at branches, started on weekend (Sunday) with overview session where branch users receive a top level briefing of the entire system

During the first week following the weekend session, training sessions are held at branch premises after working hours in order to familiarize users with the system using sample data and dummy transactions. Since the users have already received a top level overview on the weekend, they can now focus on gaining hands on practice and removing any concerns or queries about the system they may have.

Data migration occurs on Saturday afternoon, On Sunday morning of the second weekend of the cycle. The branch bankers verify this data under the supervision of our trainers.

The system is taken live on the Monday of the second week and trainers remain at branch premises to help in training and facilitation for every transaction until each branch closing till weekend.
Rollout HelpDesK
Senior trainers are deploy at Project Office in order to command & control and coordinate the rollout effort.

This team will be responsible to give functional and technical assistance to branch users and trainers.

The team will also be responsible for all training personnel movement and will be the first point of contact for the bank’s project manager and project team.
Integration of Simulation and Human trainer

The combination of simulation software with human trainers gives branch users the best of both worlds.

The systematic implementation of best practices through simulation software combined with extensive trainer interaction will greatly increase the users confidence in the system by allowing them to clear any questions or doubts they may have about the system, its operation and viability.
