NDC Training Academy delivers T24 training on a variety of different media in order to cater to different user Segments and training scenarios. These include: Classroom Training – Classroom training are the centerpiece of our training strategy. Our trainers believe that training is a close interaction between them and their training participants. Group discussions, practical demonstrations and workshops are the key elements of the training which make the experience worthwhile. Our trainers are available to conduct training either in classrooms at NDC Training Academy head office or onsite at the client’s location. Distance Learning – NDC Training Academy offers distance learning option for all its training using Live Virtual Conference (LVC) technology. This allows for delivery of dynamic, interactive training to any location in the world. All visual and audio content can be shared with training participants in real time. Branch Rollout – Branch rollout training is conducted in two sessions, each session is for 6 days. First Session is called End User Training. EUT is used to educate users on how their work tasks will be conducted on T24. Trainers are deployed at branches full time for two weeks. During the first week, trainers give users a thorough overview of the new system with demonstration and practice using dummy entries on practice environments. Second session is called Handholding this session starts once the system is taken live at the beginning of the 2nd week and trainers remain present to guide and handhold users through every single aspect of running their branch on T24. Black Box Testing – Our testing services provide clients with thorough on site testing of their customized product of T24 form end user perspective. NDC Training Academy testing team conducts black box testing to test the functionality of a bank’s pre live and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments. The company has provided extensive testing services to all our clients where T24 has been implemented. Documentation – Documentation is the key to success for any project. In implementation of T24 mainly two type of document are required for post live scenarios these are User manual and Technical manual.NDC Training Academy provides banks with both of user documentation. User Manuals – These manuals outline the steps for input of transactions in various T24 modules. This level of documentation focuses only on assisting users to smoothly input transactions independently. Technical Documentation – These manuals provide detailed reference points for all super users working on T24 project. They include field by field description of each version, accounting entries generated, background processes and processes generated at close of business. This level of documentation is particularly suited to expert level users of T24. |
